If selected, We will work collaboratively with the OB and EC teams to explore and implement the following initiatives for the benefit of the Tamil community:
Expand EC from 10 - 15 (~ 7 members to be elected and ~8 members to be appointed) OB from 5 to 7
And interested EC member to the OB Position every year
Where every member can serve, learn, and lead with compassion
To unite more members and energize volunteer participation
Every update, every program, for every member.
Of all festivals together to strengthen community unity
Free Entry for Kids, Seniors, Parents (Member & Non Member), Expecting Mothers, New Life Term Member family (First event they attend)
By forming a strong student team & representation with direct association with CTTS Board (OB and EC)
in academics, research, and sports through CTTS recognition platforms
To unlock Tamil literature to every home
For children due to the loss of a parent.
For health, immigration, emergency help, Financial Advice and community support across Connecticut
To cut costs, improve efficiency, and deliver quicker results to members
To enable rotation, growth, and mentor‑driven leadership development
To lead, enrich, and streamline CTTS cultural initiatives (Drama, Elocution, Essay writing etc) , games (Like Rangoli), Arts ( Silambam, Kalari, karala Kattai, Yoga, etc ) to promote our tradition across multiple locations in Connecticut
by connecting them with professionals for mentoring, internships, and career development
3 years on CTTS Executive Team, delivering results through action.
Grew Life Membership and created inclusive programs for all ages.
Introduced State-Level Table Tennis and made it an annual success.
Preserved Tamil heritage through traditional games and Odi Vilaiyaadu.
Strengthened ties with Tamil Schools, APS, and FeTNA for a united community.
Committed to expanding membership and ensuring CTTS sustainability.

I strongly believe in innovation, inclusion, and introducing new initiatives that benefit the community at large. With this spirit, I aspire to take CTTS to the next level by strengthening organizational structure, encouraging youth participation, promoting cultural unity, and expanding access for families, seniors, and students.
